Important Steps When Purchasing a Home:
- Create at features wish list. Then, clarify which features are most and least important when searching for a home.

- Calculate the costs of home ownership. Take in account property taxes, insurance, utilities, home maintenance, and association fees, if applicable.
- Get your credit in order. Obtain a copy of your credit report to make sure it is accurate and make any correction immediately. A credit report shows your credit history, bad debts (if any), and your payment history.
